We need help finalizing an automation between Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and OptiSigns.
Currently:

• A Google Form collects dive log data

• Google Sheets stores responses

• A Display tab shows only the latest submission

• A Google Slides file is used for a live screen display

• OptiSigns pulls the Slides file from Google Drive
The issue: we need the system to automatically update one single Google Slides file with the latest submission (including an instructor photo from a URL), without creating duplicate files in Google Drive.
AutoCrat creates new files each time, which we do not want.
Goal:
A clean, reliable automation where:
Form submission → Sheet updates → Same Slides file updates in place → OptiSigns reflects changes.
Implementation method is flexible (Apps Script, API, other solution), as long as it:

• Updates a single existing Slides file

• Supports dynamic image replacement from URL
