**Job Description**
This role focuses on form carpentry and concrete work for a new hotel construction project in Hagerstown, MD. You will build and set concrete forms, tie rebar, and support general site preparation to ensure high-quality structural work on a commercial construction site.

**Responsibilities**

+ Construct, set, and align concrete forms according to project specifications and drawings.
+ Tie rebar accurately and securely to reinforce concrete structures.
+ Prepare work areas by raking stones, packing and leveling the ground, and ensuring proper compaction before concrete placement.
+ Assist with concrete placement and finishing, including smoothing, leveling, and edging as needed.
+ Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and assemble formwork materials.
