Job Description

Join a dynamic team as an LTL Freight Cross Dock Operator. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our freight terminal by operating a sit-down counterbalance forklift and assisting with the movement of pallets and trailers. Your ability to handle paperwork, maintain a clean workspace, and adapt to a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down counterbalance forklift.
• Assist with moving pallets and unloading/loading trailers using the forklift, which constitutes 60% of the day.
• Perform manual handling of products up to 50 lbs, which may vary from 1 to 40 times a day.
• Handle bills of lading and other paperwork throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with team members on unloading paperwork.
• Contribute to cleaning the yard and other duties as needed.
