The forklift operator is responsible for making decisions regarding the movement of pallets or materials to maximize the efficiency. The operator moves levers and presses pedals to drive the fork truck and control the movement of the lifting apparatus. They position forks, lifting platforms, or other lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets and transport the load to designated areas.
