What you'll be doing

• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate
• Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on forklift care and operation
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
