Job Description
We are looking to hire a full-time forklift operator for our loyal client, a kitchenware retailer in Longueuil.
Here is a summary of the position:
*** Main duties:
- Prepare orders using QR codes
- Validate quantities and products and ensure they comply with established standards and regulations
- Wrap pallets
- Load/operate a forklift and pallet truck
- Participate in physical inventory counts
- Perform other material handling duties, such as counting, weighing, packing, and unpacking various products
- Participate in general warehouse maintenance
- Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all company health and safety policies
*** Requirements :
- At least 2 to 3 years experience in order preparation and as a forklift operator
- Forklift operator's license (counterbalanced and electric reach)
- Basic computer skills
- Familiar with barcodes
- Able to lift loads up to 40 lbs
- Able to work with radio frequency warehouse system...
