Licence Required: FLT Counterbalance


We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy automotive operation in Long Bennington. This is a straightforward role primarily involving the safe movement of metal structural poles and materials around the workshop and storage areas.


The successful candidate will be confident operating a Counterbalance forklift and able to work safely and efficiently within a busy environment.

The Role:

  • Operating a Counterbalance forklift to move metal structural poles and materials

  • Loading, unloading, and transporting materials around site

  • Ensuring materials are stored safely and in designated areas

  • Carrying out basic daily checks on forklift equipment

  • Following all health and safety procedures at all times

  • Supporting general workshop duties when required
