Forging Manager

We are looking for a high-performance Forging Manager to lead our end-to-end forging operations for a global hand-tool export setup. This role drives productivity, quality, and cost discipline at the core of our manufacturing engine—LPG furnace–based drop forging.

The ideal candidate brings deep operational command, metallurgical understanding, and the leadership mindset to run a world-class forging line producing chrome-vanadium wrenches, ratchets, and flex-head components for top international OEM/Retail customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily forging operations as per PPC plans, ensuring smooth flow from blank heating to forging, trimming, and punching.

• Manage LPG furnaces—temperature control, soaking, batch discipline, and fuel efficiency.

• Maintain forging quality standards: grain flow, dimensional accuracy, die fill, and defect-free output.
