Mumpara Industries is seeking an experienced Civil Leading Hand to join the Hartwood Regulator Upgrade Project, a major water infrastructure project being delivered near Hartwood, NSW.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coordinate a small civil crew while remaining actively involved in day-to-day construction activities. We're looking for someone who leads by example, is safety focused, and enjoys working alongside their team to deliver high-quality civil infrastructure.
