Job Description

Dawson Construction is looking for a Foreperson of Paving who will be responsible for onsite facets of the paving process including; safety, quality, roadworks and cleanup.

In this role you will be a valued member of , working in a seasonal, full-time position of Foreperson, Paving reporting to the Superintendent, Paving. Your base location will be Kamloops, B.C. and will require some travel throughout our great province.


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Prioritize safety of self and others in every aspect of the job.
  • Provide management and direction to the paving team.
  • A strong knowledge of paving best practices .
  • Knowledge of all types of heavy equipment.
  • Attend and participate in safety meetings and ensure team abides by safety policies on the work site.
