One of my clients that is based in the East of Johannesburg is looking for a Forensic Internal Auditor to join their team
Responsibilities
Investigate Financial Irregularities:
Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of fraud, corruption, or financial misconduct.
Examine documents to identify fraudulent activities within the business.
Investigate complex financial transactions and create reports of findings.
Analyse Data:
Gather, analyse, and interpret financial data to uncover anomalies or irregularities.
Prepare Reports
Create accurate and comprehensive forensic audit reports for senior management and relevant stakeholders. To be discussed at the relevant business board and the segment FRRC.
Assist management by suggesting solutions to risky areas.
Identify Vulnerabilities:
Assess financial systems and processes to identify vulnerabilities that could lead to fraud or non-compliance.
