Job Description Must have control over workshop Ensure that housekeeping is doen on a daily basis Handle all work in proses in trailer repair workshop Provide excellent pre and post sale service Ensure work is done on a daily basis To ensure work is completed in the quoted hours and delivery date as per quotation and as per agreed on with client Compiling of daily, weekly, monthly reports Evaluation of damaged trailers Build strong and sound customer relationships Liaise with clients and estimators on a daily basis to ensure proper planning Quality control on the work being done throughout repair Material inspection daily liaising with stores to ensure proper material planning Maintain discipline on the floor ad making sure that target is reached Evaluate the skills level of the production team Provide additional training to team where needed Must be able to manage labor hours on a daily basis as well as overtime Ad-hoc tasks Requirements Matric Bilingual Must be well acquainted with h...
