Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring efficient workflow and quality standards
• Lead and direct field crews, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Communicate project progress, issues, and needs to the Construction Manager regularly
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job instructions
• Coordinate deliveries, equipment usage, and subcontractors as needed
