This company is looking for Construction Laborers to support sitework, excavation, utility, and heavy civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist crews with site preparation, material handling, trenching, equipment support, and general labor duties while maintaining a safe and productive job site.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform site preparation, cleanup, and general labor tasks
+ Assist with excavation, trenching, grading, and backfilling operations
+ Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment
+ Support heavy equipment operators and skilled trades on active job sites
+ Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
