Overview

Under the direct supervision of the General Supervisor Casting & Molds, Plant I, responsible for receiving raw material in the department, supervising the elaboration of molds, preparing and supervising distribution of mold in cast shop, administering personnel to their area, controlling and maintaining the department team to achieve efficiency, productivity, yield, schedule adherence, and personnel safety.

Responsibilities Follow the Master Production System (MPS) and the replacement of the Manual cast production lines. Develop the weekly molds production plan. Execute the replacement mold program of the manual cast production lines. Maintain and follow key process variables for mold making, drying, and molds preparation. Oversee Carpentry and welding workshops. Maintain tools and equipment in good shape. Generate and pursue work orders for maintenance of the department teams.
