We are looking for an experienced foreman to lead daily operations at a pipe renovation site in Helsinki starting in September.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth daily running of the site, ensuring work progresses on schedule.
• Direct installers and act as a link between site management and installers.
• Organize daily tasks, ensuring availability of materials and tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Report progress and communicate with residents.
• Support installers and maintain effective on‑site communication.

Qualifications

• Fluent Finnish.
• Valid safety card.
• Experience as a foreman on pipe renovation sites.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Proactive attitude.
