Company description: Lluvia Developers is seeking a reliable Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry and demonstrate excellent leadership and organizational skills. Requirements:

• Must be between the ages of 25-40
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the construction industry
• Matric (Grade 12)
• A Diploma in Construction Management or a related field will be advantageous
• Must reside in Centurion
• Must be willing to travel as required

Duties include:

• Responsible for overseeing daily activities on a worksite to ensure the completion of projects in a safe and efficient manner.
• Supervision of construction workers and skilled personnel to carry out specific tasks.
