POSITION SUMMARY

TNDC is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Foreman at one of our job sites in northern British Columbia. This role is responsible for providing effective planning, coordination, and leadership to ensure efficient and productive operations. The Foreman will work closely with General Foremen and crews to deliver project objectives while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and teamwork.

Shift rotation is project dependent, with workdays typically consisting of 12 hours per day. The successful candidate will be a key contributor within a highly progressive, safety-focused and motivated team environment.
