Foreman

Position Description: Clark Builders is hiring a Foreman for projects in Calgary! Candidates must currently reside in the Calgary area. The Foreman will be responsible for supervising trade employees assigned to a particular construction discipline or work area.Reporting to: SuperintendentDuties and Responsibilities:* Assist in planning work schedule(s) and determining and maintaining workforce requirements, material quantities, equipment requirements, etc.* Ensure all work is completed in compliance with Clark Builders safety policies and procedures.* Identify hazards and correct any unsafe conditions.* Lead QA/QC checks and inspections.* Lead site specific orientations and tailgate meetings.* Draft and submit RFI’s.* Assume control of the site if the Superintendent is off site.* Other duties as required.* Represent Clark Builders in a professional and respectful manner.* Adhere to Clark Builders policies and procedures.Skills and Knowledge:* Experience working under the Integrated Pr...
