Foreman

Are you a hands-on construction leader ready for a new challenge in Bundaberg? We’re looking for an experienced Foreman to join a growing new hotel build project for a 12–18 month contract.

This project is in its very early stages, with a solid crew already on site — so you’ll be joining an established team and stepping straight into a key leadership position supporting quality delivery, safety and teamwork.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and coordinate onsite teams across structural and finishing works
• Supervise subcontractors, trades and crew to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes
• Engage with site management to deliver milestones on time and within program
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and compliance
• Support daily site operations and reporting to senior project leadership
