Compensation

79,000.00 to 85,000.00 per year + discretionary annual target bonus at 5% up to a maximum of 7.5% of your base pay

Position Summary

The Foreman supports the safe and steady operation of the aggregate site. You will guide hourly employees, coordinate production and maintenance work, and help keep the plant operating with purpose every day. This role supports customer needs, strengthens our safety culture, and contributes to responsible site development and rehabilitation.
