Foreign Trade Supervisor

Manage and execute all import operations for Plant BDMX, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, customs regulations, and administrative procedures.

• Coordinate EXW, FCA, and any other applicable Incoterm shipments originating from foreign territories
• Coordinate urgent shipments and expedited operations
• Update import transactions in Annex 24
• Maintain and update supplier and material catalogs in Annex 24
• Review and approve customs entry (pedimento) proformas
• Ensure regulatory compliance in the preparation of customs entries for Drawback return operations
• Maintain updated records related to tariff classifications and certificates of origin
• Manage foreign trade files related to import operations
• Review foreign trade documentation for import operations
• Download foreign trade records and archive them in official document storage locations
