Job Description

Job Summary:


Primarily responsible for administrative support relating to gathering of documents for ROPA Booking, preparation and filing of WOP petitions, maintenance and updating of ROPA-NAFS Database, and providing assistance to the foreclosure processing team.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Gathers or collates documents necessary for ROPA booking of accounts
  • Processes publication billings through the Purchasing System
  • Assists the Legal Team in the processing of requests for payment of litigation expenses through the Purchasing System (PS), in reimbursement of litigation expenses and out-of-pocket expenses of in-house legal officers
  • Assists the business team in the liquidation of revolving fund for RD Fees
  • Facilitate vehicle requests of the team
  • Performs other related tasks as may be assigned to her by the Team or the Unit
