Job Description
Job purpose
To provide technical leadership for the packaging innovation program within RD Greater Asia team. Responsible for developing and implementing a consumer-centric packaging innovation pipeline aligned with agreed target. Collaborate with vertical and country packaging, product development, CTI and other functions to deliver packaging solutions. Initiate and own breakthrough packaging specification. Provide leadership and direction to team, and serve as a first point of contact of the broader packaging leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead packaging sustainability agenda. Develop roadmap, drive the development and execution aligned with Unilever plastic target. Working closely with global packaging network to gather learning and problem solving. Provide regular update on plastic agenda to global packaging director and BU governance.
