Food Technologist Seniority Level: Mid Career (2 - 4 yrs exp) Type: Contractor Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct receiving inspection for Packaging Materials Ensure materials meet set requirements and specifications Manage COA/COC verification and filing Handle non-conformance cases and complaints Coordinate NCR tracking and closure Support SQA technologist in NPD trials and file management Participate in audits and complaints resolution Manage hold and quarantine of Packaging Material Qualifications and Skills: Grade 12 or equivalent in Packaging Technology Min 2 years' experience in food manufacturing Knowledge of FMCG industry and MS Office Strong problem-solving and communication skills Attention to detail and analytical thinking Competencies Required: Solid judgment and decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects
