Our Client is a renowned cheese factory and venue located in Glynde, South Australia.

The factory serves the retail, food service, and industrial markets. It is a family-owned business specializing in authentic Italian-style cheeses such as Bocconcini, Ricotta, and Mozzarella. 

Your role would include and not be limited to the following duties:

  • Conducting food experiments to identify the chemical composition and reactive properties
  • Develop new and innovative food products
  • Develop and set standards for pricing of products
  • Develop and improve the packaging and marketing of food products
  • Test food products through nutritional content, colour, flavour and texture.
  • Advise on correct preservation, packaging and storing of food products.
  • Coordinate food making processes, directing workers in development of food products.
  • Following workplace occupation Health and Safety (OHS) protocols
