Food Services Manager

TacoTime Vernon is looking for two Full-Time Food Services Manager (NOC 60030)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 35-40 hours per week, $37.00 per hour.

Job Description

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of TacoTime Vernon
• Implement and monitor operational procedures for dine-in, take-out, and delivery services
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training
• Monitor staff performance and ensure company standards are followed
• Manage inventory levels, order food and supplies, and control stock to reduce waste
• Oversee financial performance, including monitoring costs, sales, and profitability
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive dining experience
• Coordinate front-of-house and kitchen operations to maintain efficient service
