Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned The Bowling Center at Travis Air Force Base, CA. Responsibilities Assists FSWB leadership with food and beverage. Food and beverage activities include, but are not limited to snack bars, catering, vending, beverage carts, contracts and any other operations related to food and beverage base wide. Assists in directing day-to-day operation that provides food and beverage service. Performs related support duties required to include ordering supplies, cost menu cards, stocking, inventory, and food handling. Conducts inspections for safety, food storage, and sanitation.
