Job Overview

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Food Service Supervisor provides overall leadership and direction for the Food Service Department. The supervisor ensures residents receive safe, nutritious, and high-quality meals that meet individual dietary needs while promoting a positive dining experience. This role maintains compliance with regulatory standards, organizational policies, and best practices to support the health, well‑being, and satisfaction of residents.

The position involves both office‑based work and active presence in all areas of nutrition and food service operations within the home.
