**Role Overview**
**Sodexo** currently has a job opportunity for a **Food Service Manager 3** , to join our food services health-care team at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, a 728-bed acute care facility located in **Tallahassee, FL** . In this role, you will be responsible for day to day operations of the patient meal program that utilizes **_Expressly for You” Room Service Programs_** and direct supervision of 45 hourly associates.
**What You'll Do**
+ create and deliver innovative and enriching cafe experiences for patients, family and staff daily
+ evaluate and develop service levels for the overall Patient Services Program targeted to exceed patient and customer satisfaction
+ oversee Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery
+ collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience
