+ Manage day-to-day food service financials, including inventory control and meal cost management
+ Oversee a 3-person kitchen team preparing breakfast and lunch for approximately 40 guests daily
+ Coordinate catering operations, including event setup, food delivery, and pickup
+ Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP) in a no open flame kitchen environment
