Food Service Counter Attendant

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take food and beverage orders accurately

• Process payments using point-of-sale systems, including cash and card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter and service area throughout each shift
• Restock supplies and ensure products are available and properly displayed
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
• Support teammates during busy periods
• Use digital or AI-assisted tools as part of daily operations
