What youll be doing

    • Supporting the development of a product for cats and dogs.
    • Establish product formulation, and related parameters to produces a shelf ready product at ambient temperatures.
    • stablish manufacturing process and flow.
    • Manufacturing pilot batches to test and establish formulation and ma process suitability and functionality.
    • Conducting stability and palpability trials.


What youll need

    • BSc or BTech in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in food product development within a manufacturing environment.
    • Demonstrated experience formulating wet food products, particularly purees or similar semi-solid systems.
    • Strong understanding of ingredient functionality, including hydrocolloids, stabilisers, emulsifiers, preservatives and functional additives
