**SUMMARY**
Food Production Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient, and accurate operation of commercial food production equipment within the commissary.
Ensures equipment is used in accordance with food safety, quality, and production standards; follows sanitation protocols; and contributes to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Operate a variety of commercial-grade food processing and packaging equipment (e.g., mixers, ovens, slicers, wrappers, kettles, fillers, sealers).
+ Start-up, operate, and shut down equipment per manufacturer and company safety guidelines.
+ Perform daily equipment checks; report malfunctions or safety concerns immediately to Maintenance or Supervisors.
