Packaging Operator / Production Associate

The Packaging Operator / Production Associate is responsible for keeping pace with the production line, performing visual quality inspections, and packaging food products according to established quality and safety standards. This position reports to the Production Leader or Shift Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate packaging equipment following established procedures and guidelines.

Fill, seal, label, and package products according to customer and quality specifications.

Prepare cartons and packaging materials for production.

Stack cartons, palletize finished products, apply shrink wrap, and place pallet labels correctly.

Operate packaging machinery safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Perform visual inspections to identify and separate defective products.
