Production Operative – Chichester – Temp cover


Pay: £12.74ph days and £13.95ph nights


Day and night shifts available, 12-hour shifts, Monday to Sunday


Wild Recruitment are looking for reliable, hands‑on Production Operatives to support a fast‑paced food production team during peak periods. Our client is a leading fresh‑produce manufacturer supplying major supermarkets across the UK.


What you will be doing



  • Working on a production line preparing, assembling, and packing fresh food products

  • Ensuring products meet quality and safety standards

  • Operating basic machinery (full training provided)

  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

  • Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
