Position: Cook
Location: Montreal, Gouin Boulevard
Salary: $24.50 (pay range: $23.00 - $24.50)
Schedule / Hours: To be discussed during the interview; must be available from Thursday to Sunday.
Full‑time position. Start date: Immediate.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the chef in preparing the daily menu.
  • Cook and finish dishes.
  • Participate in food service operations.
  • Experience in catering preparation (an asset).
  • Demonstrate creativity while respecting the clients expressed needs.
  • Ensure high‑quality food service and customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize food and labor costs.
  • Ensure the application of management, health, hygiene, and food safety programs.
  • Monitor and control service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in the monthly inventory.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in food service or the restaurant industry (an asset)....
