Job Description

• Coordinate and monitor the flow of food orders from the kitchen to the service area.
• Check each order for accuracy, completeness, and proper presentation before serving or dispatching.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth and timely food service.
• Ensure hot foods are served hot and cold foods are served cold.
• Monitor order timing and prioritize dishes during busy hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispatching area and service counters.
• Ensure plates, utensils, and packaging materials are ready and available.
• Assist in maintaining proper portioning and presentation standards.
• Handle dine-in, take-out, and delivery dispatching as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
