The Role of Food &Beverage Supervisor- Food & Beverage

The Food &Beverage Supervisor- Food & Beverage will be responsible for supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in leading the team to ensure a memorable experience from every interaction whether at breakfast, lunch, dinner or function. You will ensure that there is a warm welcome into any of the areas that our guests are in and that a memorable experience is created through genuine hospitality and interaction. Fantastic organisation and communication are key to deliver an exceptional event experience for our guests.

You will build a rapport with guests from initial contact and ensure the team also do this, build strong working relationships with all departments to ensure great service delivery & effectively maximise revenue when there is opportunity.
