The Position

  • Guide and lead the team in a fast-paced bistro environment

  • Assist the Manager with day-to-day operations

  • Maintain a strong focus on delivering an excellent guest experience at all times

  • Lead, mentor, and train the Food & Beverage team to ensure high standards of service and efficiency

  • Holds a valid RSA

  • Has barista and bar experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role, including rostering responsibilities

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards

  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy

  • Demonstrates a strong safety mindset

  • Well-groomed and professional in appearance

  • Brings strong communication skills, high energy, and a goal-oriented focus to the team
