Banquets Supervisor

Shangri-La Sydney is the city’s leading luxury hotel, ideally located in the historic Rocks district between the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The hotel features 564 spacious luxury guest rooms and suites, four food and beverage outlets, and 18 function and event spaces.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Banquets Supervisor to join the Banquets Service team at Shangri-La Sydney.

About the Role

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and the Banquet Services Manager, the Banquets Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing the daily banquet operations while ensuring the highest standards of service and efficiency. This position supports the smooth delivery of events and functions, maximising guest satisfaction and operational profitability.
