This position is responsible for the daily management of the F&B Department service, ensuring that the highest standard of F&B service is provided to the Hotel’s guests.

The Food & Beverage Manager plans, organizes and directs the overall F&B service operation and administration.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred
  • Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
  • High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities
