We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join the team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Director of Food & Beverage, the Food & Beverage Manager supports directing the Food & Beverage strategy of the hotel while supporting the day-to-day tasks. The Food & Beverage Manager ensures the hotel service is true to the SLS brand by fostering a team culture in which its members feel empowered to make decisions and take responsibility for their workload and professional development.
Drive revenue through strategic management of commercial initiatives with the Director of Food & Beverage.
Take responsibility for the branding (in accordance with SLS’s brand), revenue and management of food & beverage colleagues in partnership with the food & beverage leaders.
