Food & Beverage Compliance & Cost Control Manager

The Food & Beverage Compliance & Cost Control Manager plays a key role in supporting operational excellence across all Food & Beverage outlets at Fairmont Chateau Whistler. This position is responsible for driving compliance with Accor and ownership Standard Operating Procedures, coordinating the SAQ process, supporting operational audits, and ensuring robust food and beverage cost control practices.
