Guest Experience & Service Excellence

  • Deliver personalised, five-star dining experiences across all meal periods.
  • Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and manage special dietary requirements.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally and discreetly.
  • Maintain a visible presence during service to ensure standards are consistently met.

Operational Supervision

  • Supervise daily F&B service operations including restaurant, bar, boma, bush dinners, in-room dining, and safari meals.
  • Ensure service setups, timings, and transitions are executed flawlessly.
  • Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Front Office, and Safari teams.
  • Conduct pre-service briefings and post-service debriefs.
