Job Description
The Food and Beverage (Outlets) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing floor operations during assigned shifts, ensuring service standards are met and guest experience aligns with outlet expectations.
This role acts as the on-shift leader in the absence of management, supporting the execution of service, maintaining team accountability, and ensuring smooth communication between front-of-house, kitchen, and leadership teams.
