Food and Beverage Manager

Position Summary

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, planning and execution of all food and beverage operations at the Cohere Centre.

This role oversees both our Catering Services and Retail Food Operations , ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving operational efficiency, revenue growth and profitability.

Working closely with the sales, events and operations teams, the successful candidate will help shape the food and beverage experience from initial client planning through event execution.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence and strong people leadership.
