Job overview

As a Food and Beverage Assistant you will be responsible for serving and ensuring the wellbeing of our guests within the Bar and Restaurant, demonstrating a strong people first approach. You will complete all preparation and service of the Restaurant to the highest standards and in keeping with the specifications and systems set by the Restaurant Manager to keep our service consistent, upholding integrity and operational expertise. You’ll ensure that we are compliant with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene by following any systems shown to you, maintaining a safe environment and adhering to Integrity.
