Folding Machine Operator

Absolute recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Folding Machine Operator

Job responsibilities – To operate folding machine to achieve required levels of quality and output volumes

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Set folding equipment, including feeder, transfer, print detection/pharmacode readers, folding section counter and delivery. Obtain approval and operate machine to ensure achievement of quality standards, adherence to customer specification and maintain output speed

Set and operate other ancillary items of equipment, including material handling devices, counting, banding, labelling and shrink-wrapping equipment

Ensure compliance to the Company’s Quality Assurance procedures at all times, including appropriate line clearance and in-process inspection documentation

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment through regular maintenance as detailed by the equipment manufacturer and specific Works Instruction. As ...
