Job Description
Position: Gluing Minder
Location: Huntingdonshire
Hours:
6am - 2pm
2pm - 10pm
Salary: Depending On Experience
About the business:
Main Responsibilities of a Gluing Minder:
Make ready the machine
Ensure the output of the process with regard to speed and quality
Cartons are produced to the specification required
All information is accurately recorded on the DCU
Leading and developing your crew to be successful in their individual roles
BRC standards are maintained
All paperwork is completed
Health and safety procedures are adhered to
Ensure all preventative maintenance targets are achieved
Mentor and train new staff as required
Other duties of a Gluing Minder:
Attend appropriate meetings as required
Full knowledge of the glue machines
Working with the Production and Shift Managers and other colleagues to address issues on the lines
To train colleagues as required to fulfil the b...
